女职工的健康直接关系到下一代的成长和我国人民的健康水平。目前,在保护女职工方面仍然存在着不注意女职工生理特点的问题,部分农村表现更为突出。特别是由个人、联合体、村乡办的乡镇企业因雇女工较多,女工保护问题就更为突出。我们在劳保调查中发现对女职工的劳动保护与她们的文化卫生教育、经济状况等因素有着密切关系。1988年6月28日国务院第十一次常务会议通过的 The health of women workers is directly related to the growth of the next generation and the health of our people.
