为了适应临床大数据的发展趋势和低钾血症相关临床研究的需要,建立了低钾血症患者信息管理系统专病数据库。数据库利用Microsoft Access 2010软件设计,能够全面而准确地收集低钾血症患者的初诊和随访的相关病历资料,运行稳定,数据错误和丢失等情况未有出现。此数据库界面友好、简洁,易于操作,结构化标准化的字段设计,避免了数据的杂乱无章,便于检索和使用,实现了数据资料的高效查询,数据可以方便的导出,便于数据的统计和管理,使日常工作和科研积累得到有机结合,为后续的研究积累大量的资料,为临床医疗和科研创建了有力的平台。“,”In order to adapt to the development trend of large clinical data and the needs of hypokalemia clinical research, this study aimed to establish a management information system database of the patients with hypokalemia. The database is designed and established by Microsoft Access 2010. Relevant medical data of newly diagnosed and follow-up of patients with hypokalemia can be collected comprehensively and accurately by this database. It has steady operation, data errors and lost have not appeared. It is easy to operated with friendly and simple interface. Standardization of structured field design can avoid the data desultorily and is easy to retrieval and use. It can achieve efficient query and the data can be conveniently derived, which is convenient for data statistics and management. It makes daily work and accumulation of scientific research organic combine, accumulate a huge mass of data for the subsequent research, which creates a powerful platform for the clinical medical treatment and scientific research.
