我国过渡时期的总路线规定了我国在一个相当长的时期内,必须逐步实现国家的社会主义工业化,必须逐步实现国家对农业、手工业和私营工商业的社会主义改造。而要逐步实现对私营工商业的社会主义改造就必须把私营工商业现有的生产关系和经营方法逐步加以改变。
The general line of our country during the transitional period stipulates that for a fairly long period of time our country must gradually realize the socialist industrialization of the country and that the socialist transformation of agriculture, handicrafts and private industry and commerce must be gradually realized. To gradually realize the socialist transformation of the private industry and commerce, we must gradually change the existing relations of production and management in the private industry and commerce.
