我院自1975年6月至1983年5月应用永久心脏起搏治疗严重心律失常患者20例,随访观察时间为1～8年(平均5年),现将结果报导如下。一般资料本组20例中房室束支传导阻滞14例,病态窦房结综合征6例。全组既往均有反复晕厥或典型阿—斯征史;其中以阿—斯征发作入院者12例,合并心衰者2例,伴有肝硬变者1例。本组除2例为冠心病,2例为充血型心肌病外,其余病例病因未明确。
Our hospital from June 1975 to May 1983 application of permanent cardiac pacing in patients with severe arrhythmia in 20 cases, follow-up observation period of 1 to 8 years (mean 5 years), the results reported below. General Information The group of 20 cases of atrioventricular bundle block in 14 cases, sick sinus syndrome in 6 cases. The group had a history of recurrent syncope or typical Alzheimer’s disease. Of these, 12 were admitted to the hospital with Alzheimer’s syndrome, 2 were complicated with heart failure, and 1 was associated with cirrhosis. In addition to 2 cases of coronary heart disease in this group, 2 cases of congestive cardiomyopathy, the remaining cases etiology is not clear.
