近年来关于精神分裂症的多巴胺学说已经屡见报道;本刊1978年第3期也已刊载了有关综述。以往认为多巴胺受体仅只密集在突触后膜上,多巴胺能将信息从突触前神经元,跨越突触间隙,通过受体传递至突触后神经元。近年提出较新看法,认为非但突触后膜上有多巴胺受体,而且突触前神经元也有多巴胺受体——自身受体。最近更有新颖论证,认为星形胶质细胞具有第三种多巴胺受体。现特选择有关文献二篇以示一二[译者]。
In recent years, the theory of dopamine on schizophrenia has been frequently reported; this issue No. 3, 1978 has also published a summary.
