在煤矿巷道快速掘进过程中,运用悬臂式掘进机进行综合机械化掘进是一种比较高效的方法。但在实际生产中,由于受地质条件、掘进工艺等因素的限制,一些巷道掘进还是以炮掘为主。该文选取神华宁夏煤业集团双马煤矿泄水巷Ⅳ段为研究对象,掘进方式仍为炮掘,通过改进掏槽方式、排矸系统、工艺工序等因素,实现巷道快速高效掘进的目的。
In the process of rapid tunneling of coal mine tunnels, the use of cantilever boring machine for comprehensive mechanized tunneling is a more efficient method. However, in actual production, due to the geological conditions, tunneling technology and other factors, some roadway tunneling is still based on artillery. This article chooses Ⅳ section of Shuangma coal mine sluice tunnel in Shenhua Ningxia Coal Mining Group as the research object, and the excavation method is still shot blasting. The purpose of fast and efficient roadway excavation is achieved through the improvement of undercutting, waste rock gangue system and technological process.
