目的:研究养血清脑颗粒(Cerebralcare Granule,CG)对双侧颈动脉结扎再通引起的蒙古沙鼠脑皮层微循环障碍和脑灌流量的改善作用。方法:采用蒙古沙鼠双侧颈动脉缺血再灌注(is—chemia/erperfusion,I/R)模型,在正立显微镜微循环观察系统下,观察脑皮层细静脉管径、细静脉红细胞流速、dihydrorhodamine 123(DHR)萤先强度和血浆白蛋白漏出的变化,记录脑表面血流量。一部分沙鼠在缺血前90min灌胃给予CG0.8 g/kg。结果:I/R 30min后,粘附于细静脉壁的白细胞数量、细静脉过氧化物、血浆白蛋白漏出显著增加,脑血流量降低。CG可以显著地抑制上述变化。结论:CG前给药可以抑制双侧颈动脉结扎再通引起的脑微循环障碍和脑灌流量,该作用可能与抑制过氧化物产生有关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the improvement of cerebral microcirculatory disturbance and cerebral perfusion of Mongolian gerbils caused by reattachment of bilateral carotid artery ligation with cerebriella granule (CG). METHODS: The ischemic reperfusion (I/R) model of bilateral carotid arteries of Mongolian gerbils was used to observe the cerebral cortex venular caliber and the erythrocyte velocity of the venules under an upright microscope microcirculation observation system. Changes in dihydrorhodamine 123 (DHR) preinvasive intensity and plasma albumin leakage were recorded and brain surface blood flow was recorded. Some gerbils were intragastrically administered with CG 0.8 g/kg 90 min before ischemia. RESULTS: After 30 min of I/R, the number of leukocytes adhering to the wall of the fine vein, the leakage of venous peroxide, and plasma albumin increased significantly, and the cerebral blood flow decreased. CG can significantly suppress the above changes. Conclusion: Pretreatment with CG can inhibit cerebral microcirculatory disturbance and cerebral perfusion induced by bilateral carotid artery ligation, which may be related to the inhibition of peroxide production.
