酒中的含铁量一般在0.5~25ppm之间,通常情况下采用原子吸收分光光度法测定。本文采用吸附、溶出伏安法测定各类酒中的Fe(Ⅲ)和总铁。Fe(Ⅲ)与酸性媒染紫红螯合剂螯合,同时用邻苯二酚测定总铁含量,这两种螯合物吸附在悬汞电极上,测量富集的还原电流。试剂在整个分析过程中均采用高纯试剂与重蒸馏水。铁原子吸收标准液:1.0g/L,临用之前用蒸馏水稀释成合适的浓度。
The iron content of wine is generally between 0.5 ~ 25ppm, usually determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. In this paper, the adsorption and stripping voltammetry of various types of wine Fe (Ⅲ) and total iron. Fe (Ⅲ) was chelated with the acidic mordant purple chelator, and the total iron content was measured with catechol. These two chelates adsorbed on the hanging mercury electrode and the enrichment reduction current was measured. Reagents throughout the analysis using high purity reagents and double distilled water. Iron atomic absorption standard solution: 1.0g / L, before use diluted with distilled water to a suitable concentration.
