采用11种不同的锻压速度对40Cr钢连杆进行了锻压,并进行了力学性能和耐磨损性能的测试分析。结果表明:随锻压速度从2 mm/s增大至22 mm/s,40Cr连杆的力学性能和耐磨损性能均先提高后下降。与2 mm/s锻压速度相比,18 mm/s锻压速度下的连杆抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率分别提高了11.3%、36.8%、131.3%,磨损体积减小了84.9%。从提高力学性能和耐磨损性能出发,40Cr连杆的锻压速度优选为18 mm/s。
The forging of 40Cr steel connecting rod was carried out with 11 different forging speeds, and the mechanical properties and wear resistance were tested. The results show that with the increase of forging speed from 2 mm / s to 22 mm / s, the mechanical properties and wear resistance of 40Cr rod first increase and then decrease. Compared with the forging speed of 2 mm / s, the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation at break of the connecting rod increased by 11.3%, 36.8% and 131.3% at 18 mm / s forging speed respectively and the wear volume decreased by 84.9% . From the improvement of mechanical properties and wear resistance, 40Cr rod forging speed is preferably 18 mm / s.
