William Wordsworth (1770-1850), the greatest and most influential poet in the British Romantic Movement, created a great number of poems celebrating nature, showing the charm of nature, and promoting the harmony between man and nature. In recent years, with the rapid development of ecological criticism, Wordsworth’s natural ecological awareness and its contributions to modern ecology, ecological literature and ecological criticism have gradually been recognized by the world. However, a review of the research status at home and abroad shows that the existing researches mostly focus on the analysis of their nature from the perspectives of female ecology, deep ecology and ecological ethics
