构建社会主义和谐社会,是我们党从全面建设小康社会的全局出发提出的一项战略任务。从实际出发,推进钦州和谐社会的构建,必须以科学发展观统领经济社会的发展,大力推进大港口、大工业、大旅游建设,促进钦州发展的新跨越,实现经济社会的全面协调发展,努力构建民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然协调的社会主义和谐社会。
