Hu Zhenpu, native of mainland China, was born in 1949 in Taiwan “military village.” Army Corps of Engineers graduated 40th Armed Forces Division and later went on to study in the “War College of the Three Armies” and the Bing Institute of the War College of the Three Forces University. Former 95th independent armored brigade commander, 42th independent armored brigade commander.
