考察了以竹蒲,竹片,竹节在不同炭化温度下所得竹炭的碘吸附能力,并研究了不同竹炭样品分别在相对湿度11.3%、32.8%、78.6%、97.3%条件下吸湿过程及解吸过程。结果表明,炭化温度越高所得竹炭调湿能力越强,在相同炭化条件下竹炭吸附及吸湿能力排序为:竹蒲炭,竹片炭,竹节炭。竹炭样品吸湿及解吸主要发生在吸湿和解吸过程前8小时内。并建立了竹炭碘吸附值和环境相对湿度关于竹炭吸湿率的回归为程:Y=0.29X1+0.259X2-7.546,方程R2为0.737。
The iodine adsorption capacity of bamboo charcoal obtained from bamboo charcoal, bamboo flake and bamboo charcoal at different carbonization temperatures was investigated. The moisture absorption and desorption of bamboo charcoal samples with different relative humidity of 11.3%, 32.8%, 78.6% and 97.3% process. The results showed that the higher the carbonization temperature, the stronger the humidity control ability of bamboo charcoal. Under the same carbonization conditions, the order of bamboo charcoal adsorption and moisture absorption is: bamboo charcoal, bamboo charcoal and bamboo Charcoal. Moisture and desorption of bamboo charcoal samples occurred mainly in the first 8 hours of moisture absorption and desorption process. And the establishment of a bamboo charcoal iodine adsorption value and the relative humidity of the moisture content of bamboo charcoal for the return of the regression equation: Y = 0.29X1 +0.259X2-7.546, the equation R2 is 0.737.
