以没食子酸、硝酸氧锆和硝酸铜为原料,首次合成出了没食子酸锆(Gal-Zr)和双金属有机盐——没食子酸锆铜(Gal-ZrCu),采用有机元素分析、X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱和TG-DTG对其进行了表征。利用螺压工艺制备了含Gal-Zr和Gal-ZrCu的推进剂样品,研究了Gal-Zr和Gal-ZrCu对双基系推进剂燃烧性能的影响,分析了其燃烧催化作用。结果表明,Gal-Zr和Gal-ZrCu对双基推进剂的燃烧具有良好的催化作用,是一种高效、新型绿色燃烧催化剂。但是,Gal-Zr或Gal-ZrCu对RDX-CMDB推进剂的燃烧没有产生明显的催化作用。
The gallic acid, zirconyl nitrate and cupric nitrate were used as raw materials for the first time to synthesize Gal-Zr and bimetallic organic salt-gallic-zirconium copper (Gal-ZrCu). Organic elemental analysis, X-ray fluorescence (XRF), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and TG-DTG. The propellant samples containing Gal-Zr and Gal-ZrCu were prepared by using the screw-in process. The effects of Gal-Zr and Gal-ZrCu on the combustion performance of the bismuth-based propellants were studied, and their combustion and catalytic activities were analyzed. The results show that Gal-Zr and Gal-ZrCu have a good catalytic effect on the combustion of the double-base propellant, and are an efficient and novel green combustion catalyst. However, Gal-Zr or Gal-ZrCu did not produce any significant catalytic effect on the combustion of RDX-CMDB propellants.
