增加国家的经济建设,水利建设的数量和规模得到了明显的改善。水利工程可以实现居民用水,灌溉和防洪减灾。极大地促进了经济的发展,尽管目前我国继续增加水利工程,三峡大坝类型也显示了多样化的特点,但在长期使用水利工程的过程中,可能会有一些损伤和疾病,负面影响的人民的生命和财产安全。因此,提高水利工程质量,合理利用渗流控制技术的工程建设,确保水利工程的操作,是必须注意一个问题。
