在1998年全国政协九届一次会议上,全国人大常委副委员长成思危先生以民建中央的名义提出了“加快发展我国风险投资事业”的提案,被列为大会的“一号提案”。一号提案的出台使风险投资迅速升温,一时间,“风险投资”成为我国投资界、高科技企业界使用频率最高和影响最广的词汇。从此,我国开始更加重视发展知识经济,迈出了全面加快风险投资的步伐。
At the first meeting of the Ninth CPPCC National Committee in 1998, Mr. Cheng Sihwei, vice chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, proposed in his name the “speeding up the venture capital business in our country” on behalf of the Central Committee of the People’s Republic of China. He was listed as “No. 1 Proposal” . With the advent of the first proposal, the risk investment has rapidly risen. For a time, “venture capital investment” has become the most frequently used and influential term in the investment community and high-tech business community in our country. Since then, our country began to pay more attention to the development of knowledge-based economy and took the pace of accelerating venture capital in an all-round way.
