目的：回顾性分析乳房外Ｐａｇｅｔ病（ＥＤＰ）放疗疗效。方法：自１９７８～１９９７年间共收治经病理确诊的ＥＤＰ６例，男５例，女１例。放射野包括病灶外３～４ｃｍ，平均放疗剂量６７３８ｃＧｙ。结果：４例无病生存分别为３８、４３、５１个月及１１年，其中１例复发后再放疗健存２７个月。２例死亡，生存期分别为１１、１９个月。结论：ＥＤＰ对放疗有一定的敏感性，复发后再放疗亦可取得良好疗效 Objective: To retrospectively analyze the effect of radiotherapy on extramammary Paget’s disease (EDP). Methods: From 1978 to 1997, 6 cases of pathologically confirmed EDP were treated, including 5 males and 1 females. Radiation field, including lesions outside the 3 ~ 4cm, the average dose of 6738cGy. Results: Four cases of disease-free survival were 38,43,51 months and 11 years, respectively, of which 1 case of relapse after radiotherapy and storage for 27 months. 2 died, the survival period was 11,19 months. Conclusion: EDP has a certain sensitivity to radiotherapy, radiotherapy after recurrence can achieve good results
