南美螺对 3种农药 (杀虫双、三唑磷、井岗霉素 )的耐受力研究 .结果表明 :1)采用直接喷药的方法比间接喷药的方法对南美螺的危害较大 .经X2 检验 ,直接喷药组的X2 值为 :6 .330 8,接近临界值 7.815 ,而间接喷药组和空白对照的X2 值较小 ,分别为 :0 .6 44 8和 0 .9175 .2 )混合使用两种农药比单独使用一种农药对南美螺的危害更大 .3种农药比较 :井岗霉素对南美螺无影响 (死亡率与对照相同 ,均为 5 .6 % ) ;杀虫双和三唑磷单独间接喷药无影响 ,直接喷药有一定的影响 (死亡率为 11.1% ) ,混合喷药影响较为严重 (死亡率为 33.3% ) .
The results showed that: 1) The direct spraying method was more harmful than the indirect spraying method to S. americana on the three pesticides (insecticidal double, triazophos, Jinggangmycin) .Through the test of X2, the value of X2 in the direct spraying group was: 6.3308, close to the critical value of 7.815, while the value of X2 in the indirect spraying group and the blank control group was smaller: 0.664 and 0.9175 .2) The use of two pesticides in combination was more harmful than that of one pesticide alone.Comparison of the three kinds of pesticides: Jinggangmycin had no effect on S. americana (the same as the control, both of which were 5.6%) ; Insecticidal double and triazophos indirect spraying alone has no effect, direct spraying has a certain impact (mortality was 11.1%), mixed spraying more serious impact (mortality was 33.3%).
