In view of the double Knight uncertainty of the supplier’s variable cost and product market price, this paper uses α-maxmin multiple prior expectation utility and Nash bargaining model to study the supplier’s pricing problem, which involves fixed price, cost-plus, and reference. The three market price contracts analyze the influence of supplier’s optimism and ambiguity on these pricing decisions. The conclusion shows that the fixed price decreases as the supplier’s optimism for cost increases, and increases as the market price’s optimism increases. The optimism of the cost (market price) determines the ambiguity of the cost (market price) and Relationship between pricing results. With reference to market price contracts, the supplier’s pricing authority does not affect the relationship between target price and cost optimism, but affects the relationship between target price and market price optimism. The above studies provide theoretical support for analyzing supplier pricing behavior in uncertain environments.
