生产中有许多淬硬纲件需要切削加工。本文系统试验研究了我院研制成功的组合陶瓷刀和国内几种新牌号硬质合金加工淬硬纲的切削性能,包括磨损寿命和破损寿命。通过研究提出了它们的合理几何形状,和陶瓷刀的磨损量与切削用量之间关系式,可供推广使用参考。陶瓷刀磨损寿命比新刀片高很多倍,特别在高切削速度范围更突出。它适于精车和半精车淬硬纲。断切时,陶瓷刀的破损寿命与新刀片相比,差距较大,只适于小切削截面的精车。通过试验表明,本文用破损寿命曲线试验刀具材料切削性能的方法,比较简单可靠,可作为评定新刀具材料切削性能之用。
There are many hardened production processes need cutting. In this paper, we systematically studied the cutting performance, including the wear life and the damage life, of the combined ceramic knives successfully developed by our institute and several new grades of hardened steel in China. Through researching their reasonable geometry, and ceramic knife wear and cutting the relationship between the amount of consumption, for the promotion of the use of reference. Ceramic knife wear life many times higher than the new blade, especially in the high cutting speed range more prominent. It is suitable for fine car and semi-fine car hardened Gang. Cutting off, the ceramic blade damage life compared with the new blade, the larger gap, only suitable for small cutting section of the fine car. The test shows that the method of using the broken life curve to test the cutting performance of the tool material is relatively simple and reliable and can be used as a tool for evaluating the cutting performance of the new tool material.
