采用一种新的实验测试方法研究织物增强复合材料层合板的层间剪切强度,对该测试方法作了理论分析并建立了数学模型.提出了织物增强复合材料层合板中基体层间铆接的存在.采用不同经纬密度的织物作增强材料,研究了铆接与层间剪切强度的关系.为织物增强复合材料的细观力学设计提供了依据.
A new experimental method was used to study the interlaminar shear strength of fabric reinforced composite laminates. The test method was theoretically analyzed and a mathematical model was established. The existence of matrix riveting in fabric-reinforced composite laminates was proposed. Using different density of fabric as a reinforcing material, studied the relationship between the riveting and interlaminar shear strength. It provided the basis for the meso-mechanics design of fabric reinforced composites.
