为了研究环境中芽孢杆菌对常见细菌的抑菌能力,从池塘底泥中分离出6株芽孢杆菌进行了鉴定和抗菌能力研究。以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、藤黄微球菌和嗜水气单胞菌为研究对象,采用管碟法测定了细菌发酵上清液的抑菌活性,测定了发酵上清液和病原菌共培养的生长曲线,并采用生化和16S rRNA基因序列分析对细菌进行鉴定。结果发现其中1个菌株的发酵上清液对嗜水气单胞菌和藤黄微球菌的生长具有抑制作用,进一步通过生化和分子鉴定发现该菌株为解淀粉芽孢杆菌。结果表明:分离的解淀粉芽孢杆菌的发酵产物对嗜水气单胞菌和藤黄微球菌具有抑制作用,可以作为一种潜在的益生菌用于防治嗜水气单胞菌和藤黄微球菌感染。
In order to study the bacteriostatic ability of Bacillus against common bacteria in the environment, six Bacillus isolated from the pond sediment were identified and the antibacterial ability was studied. Taking Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Micrococcus luteus and Aeromonas hydrophila as test objects, the bacteriostasis activity of bacterial fermentation supernatant was determined by tube-plate method. The co-culture of fermentation supernatant and pathogen was determined Of the growth curve, and biochemical and 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis of bacteria identified. As a result, it was found that the fermentation supernatant of one strain had an inhibitory effect on the growth of Aeromonas hydrophila and Micrococcus luteus, and was further identified by biochemical and molecular identification as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. The results showed that the isolated Bacillus amyloliquefaciens fermentation product had an inhibitory effect on Aeromonas hydrophila and Micrococcus luteus and could be used as a potential probiotic for the control of Aeromonas hydrophila and Micrococcus luteus infection.
