目的研究贝科能穴复合辅酶雪对心肺复苏后大鼠甲状腺滤泡细胞的保护作用。方法实验采用窒息合并冰氯化钾停跳液致大鼠心跳骤停5min后开始心肺复苏的动物CPR模型,24只雄性Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠随机分为3组(每组8只):对照组穴假手术组雪,常规复苏组,贝科能治疗组;复苏后24h采血用酶微粒子捕捉法、荧光偏振法测定血清中T3、T4、TSH的浓度;采用透射电镜观察甲状腺滤泡细胞的损伤情况;采用比色法测定甲状腺组织丙二醛穴MDA雪含量及超氧化物歧化酶穴SOD雪、Na+-K+-ATP酶活力。结果透射电镜下可见复苏后大鼠甲状腺滤泡细胞损伤,血清T3、T4浓度明显降低,甲状腺组织中MDA含量明显增高,SOD及Na+-K+-ATP酶活力显著降低;贝科能治疗组各项指标检测均好于常规复苏组。结论贝科能对复苏后大鼠甲状腺具有保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of Beco-Nerve combined with co-enzyme snow on thyroid follicular cells in rats after cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods CPR model of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) was induced by asphyxiation combined with ice-cold potassium chloride cardioplegia in rats. Cardiac resuscitation was performed in 24 rats. 24 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (8 rats in each group) : Control group of sham operation group of snow, routine resuscitation group, beclomethasone treatment group; 24h after resuscitation blood using enzyme particle capture method, fluorescence polarization method for the determination of serum T3, T4, TSH concentrations; transmission electron microscopy of thyroid follicles Cell damage; using the colorimetric assay MDA content of malondialdehyde in the thyroid tissue SOD and superoxide dismutase SOD SOD, Na + -K + -ATP enzyme activity. Results Under TEM, the thyroid follicular cells were damaged, the serum concentrations of T3 and T4 were significantly decreased, the content of MDA in thyroid tissue was significantly increased and the activities of SOD and Na + -K + -ATP were significantly decreased. Indicators were better than the conventional detection of recovery group. Conclusion Beco has a protective effect on the thyroid in rats after resuscitation.
