经济全球化对世界各国所产生的深远的影响已经是不争的事实,但是与此同时区域经济一体化也正显现着其迅猛的势头,各国的经济制度和法律制度都无法逃避它们的“冲击”。面对经济全球化的新形势,我国法律工作者应正确把握法律的趋同化与国别化,在法律层面上积极推动自由贸易区战略,为我国经济的可持续发展提供法律支撑。胡锦涛总书记在中国共产党十七大政治报告中,多次谈到经济全球化对我国在新历史阶段的战略目标的影响。他把“统筹国内、国际两个大局,树立世界眼光,加强战略思维”作为科学发展观根本方法的一个重要组成部分,并响亮地提出,要与世界各国“共同推动经济全球化朝着均衡、普惠、共赢方向发展”。因此,研究世界经济全球化的特征及其发展方向,并在此基础上,研究经济全球化对我国法制建设的影响,是我们法学工作者一项当仁不让的历史任务。

Therefore, studying the characteristics of the world economic globalization and its development direction and on this basis, studying the impact of economic globalization on the legal construction of our country is a historic task for our legal workers.
