目的:探讨PBL在五官科护理教学中的应用。方法:选取在2015年9月至2015年12月在我校进行五官科护理学习的60名护生,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各30例,对照组采用常规教学模式,观察组在对照组的基础上进行PBL(以问题为基础)教学,观察两组的教学效果。结果:观察组经PBL课程考核成绩明显高于对照组,差异均符合统计学意义(P<0.05),同时观察组护生对教学满意度评价明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL在五官科护理教学中应用效果较好,能有效提高护生课程考核成绩,有利于提高护生的专业水平,且护生的满意度较高,值得在五官科护理教学中进一步推广应用。
Objective: To explore the application of PBL in nursing education of ENT. Methods: Sixty nursing students who underwent ENT nursing in our school from September 2015 to December 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine teaching mode and observation group On the basis of the control group PBL (based on the problem) teaching, observation of the teaching effect of two groups. Results: The score of PBL examination in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). At the same time, the evaluation of teaching satisfaction of nursing students in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: PBL is effective in ENT nursing teaching, which can effectively improve nursing student examination results, improve professional qualifications of nursing students and higher satisfaction of nursing students, so it is worth to be further popularized in ENT nursing teaching application.
