在转盘轴承静力学分析的基础上,开发了针对单排四点接触球转盘轴承的设计软件。该软件根据MATLAB与VC++混合编程方法实现,较好地解决了静力学分析中非线性方程组的数值求解及曲线的绘制问题,可以求解转盘轴承的载荷分布、接触应力分析、承载曲线绘制。结果表明此方法既可以减少程序设计的编程工作量,又能脱离MATLAB而独立运行,大大提高了程序开发的效率。
Based on the static analysis of turntable bearing, the design software for single row four point contact ball slewing bearing was developed. According to MATLAB and VC ++ mixed programming method, the software solves the problems of numerical solution and curve drawing of nonlinear equations in statics analysis, and can solve the load distribution, contact stress analysis and bearing curve drawing of turntable bearing. The results show that this method not only can reduce the programming workload of programming, but also run independently from MATLAB, which greatly improves the efficiency of program development.
