胸锁乳突肌肌皮瓣用于下颌肿瘤切除后缺损的即刻修复,近年来已有成功的报导。本文结合我科两例下颌区恶性肿瘤广泛切除即刻修复的病例,介绍我们对该肌发瓣在即可修复中应用的点滴体会。例1:李××,男,56岁,农民。患者右下颌区肿块20年,时常口内流脓,近半月来,右下颌区肿块生长快,皮肤破溃,恶臭。临床检查:右下颌角前有一7×5厘米大溃烂区,呈菜花状。表面覆有少量脓性分泌物,恶臭,触之易出血,基底部硬。整个右下颌骨肿大畸形,压之硬,无明显压痛。
Sternocleidomastoid myocutaneous flap for immediate repair of defects after mandibular tumor resection has been successfully reported in recent years. Example 1: Lee × ×, male, 56 years old, farmer. Patients with right mandibular tumor for 20 years, often purulent mouth, nearly half a month, the rapid growth of the right jaw mass, skin ulceration, stench. Clinical examination: right before the mandibular angle a large ulceration area 7 × 5 cm, was cauliflower-like. Surface covered with a small amount of purulent discharge, stench, easy to touch the bleeding, the base of the hard. The entire right mandible swollen deformity, pressure of hard, no significant tenderness.
