現代隧洞开挖方法中的鑽孔工作,都是用裝设于車架上或單独的撑柱上的風鑽来进行。在上犹水电站,去年第一次采用了立式撑柱的架鑽来鑽孔,为了克服鑽桿跳动使鑽孔开門和鑽进中發生的很多困难,笔者曾提出了附加稳定装置的建議,得到工地同志們的支持和协助,并在上犹工地进行了实驗,証明这种裝置可以采用。此项装置的方法現在又作了一些修正,茲报导如下,以供隧洞施工方面的参考。
Drilling work in modern tunneling methods is done with a pneumatic drill mounted on a frame or on a separate support column. Last year, for the first time last year, vertical drilling was used to drill holes in the Upper Utah Hydropower Station. In order to overcome the difficulties in opening the drilling hole and drilling during the drill pipe runout, I proposed the additional stabilization device , With the support and assistance of the site comrades, and conducted experiments on the site to prove that this device can be used. The method of this device has now been amended to some extent and is hereby reported as follows for the reference of the construction of the tunnel.
