现阶段对大学生预备党员的培养通常是将其当作教育管理对象,采取单向培养的模式,缺少互动。大学生预备党员作为诉求主体和高校基层党组织作为应答主体,都存在着角色缺失,回应渠道不畅通使双方难以形成良性互动。要实现大学生预备党员培养中回应主体之间的有效互动必须以组织运作机制、党员教育机制、监督考察机制和沟通应答机制建设为着眼点,构建互动回应机制。
At this stage, the cultivation of college student reserve party members is usually regarded as the object of education management, adopting a one-way training model and lack of interaction. As the main body of appeal and college grass-roots party organizations as the main body of the response, college students’ reserve party members have the lack of roles and the unresponsive response channels make it difficult for both parties to form positive interaction. In order to realize the effective interaction among the main bodies of the college student’s reserve party members, we must set up an interactive response mechanism based on the organizational operation mechanism, the party member education mechanism, the supervision and inspection mechanism and the communication and response mechanism.
