运用显微光学原理并通过与CCD器件的耦合,实现了烟雾颗粒的实像直测。为保证工艺质量,运用CAD技术优化公差分配。通过光路写真设计消杂光光阑和采用“远心光路”确保测量精度。
Applying the principles of micro-optics and coupling with CCD devices, real-image direct measurement of smoke particles is realized. To ensure the quality of the process, the use of CAD technology to optimize tolerance distribution. Through the light path design and the elimination of light diaphragm and “telecentric light path” to ensure measurement accuracy.
