为探讨红细胞溶血的机理,研究减少贮存红细胞溶血的方法,我们从红细胞膜结构功能的角度出发,设想在全血中添加一种与磷脂结构及磷脂代谢有关的物质——胞嘧啶核苷二磷酸胆碱(CDP-胆碱),观察它是否能对溶血产生影响,并进一步研究其作用机理.结果证明:CDP-胆碱的存在可显著减少贮存过程中红细胞的溶血,并可增强贮存红细胞对保温及低渗的抵抗能力.此事实为研究红细胞溶血提供了一条新的途径,而且也提示了CDP-胆碱在血液保存中实际应用的可能性.
To explore the mechanism of erythrocyte hemolysis and to study ways to reduce the hemolysis of stored erythrocytes, we envisaged adding a substance that is related to phospholipid structure and phospholipid metabolism-cytosine dinucleotide phosphate Choline (CDP-choline), to observe whether it can have an impact on hemolysis, and to further study its mechanism of action.The results show that: the presence of CDP-choline can significantly reduce the hemolysis of red blood cells during storage and can enhance the storage of red blood cells Insulation and hypotonic resistance.This fact provides a new way to study erythrocyte hemolysis, but also suggests the possibility of CDP-choline in blood preservation.
