荧光免疫术目前已应对荧光免疫在皮肤病学上的影响作出评价。本文综述:(1)荧光免疫在诊断上的应用,(2)荧光免疫是否有助于和如何有助于阐明所提及疾病的发病机理。在综述前并概括介绍有关荧光免疫的历史及标本制备和染色方法等。
Fluoroimmunoassay has now evaluated the dermatological impact of fluorescence immunoassay. This review summarizes: (1) the use of fluorescence immunoassays for diagnosis, and (2) whether or not fluorescent immunization contributes to and helps clarify the pathogenesis of the diseases mentioned. Before the review and general introduction about the history of fluorescence immunity and specimen preparation and staining methods.
