本文选取2011年—2014年深圳证券交易所上市的中小企业板块公司的数据,研究了中小企业板上市公司股权集中度、股权制衡度对公司绩效的影响。研究结果表明,股权集中度与公司绩效呈非线性关系;股权制衡度与公司绩效正相关。
This paper selects the data of SME-listed companies listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2014 and studies the influence of ownership concentration and ownership balance on the performance of SME listed companies. The results show that there is a non-linear relationship between ownership concentration and corporate performance. Equity ownership and corporate performance are positively correlated.
