本文认为经济发展方式包括生产、消费与分配等社会化大生产的三大环节的发展方式,阐述了经济发展方式转变,就必须实现生产结构、消费结构和分配结构的调整的理论观点,并分析了三者之间的相互制约与相互促进关系。在对“转型”与“升级”两个概念的含义进行逻辑辨析的基础上,论证了我国经济发展方式转变的关键是实现资源的优化重组,并探讨了实现资源重组的途径。
