以青海云杉(Picea crassifolia)为材料,研究了不同高温生境对种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、胚根长、胚根鲜质量、简化活力指数和a-淀粉酶活性的影响。结果表明:20~25℃范围内青海云杉种子发芽能力显著升高,25℃时发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数最高值分别达到80%、42%和19.51。30~35℃范围内种子发芽能力显著降低,35℃时发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数最低值分别达到25%、22%和5.01。当温度超过40℃时,种子停止发芽。建议在20~25℃气温范围内选择青海云杉育苗地。
The effects of different hot habitats on seed germination rate, germination potential, germination index, radicle length, radicle fresh weight, simplified vitality index and a-amylase activity were studied using Picea crassifolia as material. The results showed that the seed germination ability of P. spruce significantly increased in the range of 20-25 ℃, and the highest germination rate, germination energy and germination index reached 80% at 25 ℃, 42% and 19.51.30 ~ 35 ℃ respectively The lowest germination rate, germination energy and germination index were 35%, 25%, 22% and 5.01 respectively at 35 ℃. When the temperature exceeds 40 ℃, the seeds stop germination. It is recommended to choose Qinghai spruce nursery area within the temperature range of 20 ~ 25 ℃.
