本文用蛋清蛋白溶液作心内注射激发过敏性休克并观察胡椒酮对该次过敏性休克的影响,结果表明,胡椒酮对豚鼠过敏性休克有保护作用,且随剂量增加,有一定量效关系。实验提示胡椒酮可用于哮喘的治疗。
In this paper, egg albumin solution was used as an intracardiac injection to stimulate anaphylactic shock and observe the effect of piperonyl on this episode of anaphylactic shock. The results showed that piperonyl has protective effect on anaphylactic shock in guinea pigs, and with a dose-dependent increase. Experimental tips piperone can be used for the treatment of asthma.
