1985年1月～1986年6月,我们在343例感染性腹泻的成人患者中,发现一例由O:3血清型耶氏菌所引起的肠道感染,现报告如下:男性患者,33岁,住院号291716。因腹痛,腹泻11天,于1985年11月11日住院.起病后每日解稀便2～3次,带有少量粘液,伴有持续性腹部隐痛,便前疼痛加剧,便后能缓解,无明显里急后重。偶有低热,盗汗。:体温37℃,腹平软,肝右肋下1cm,质软,无触痛。脾未扪及。下腹两侧压痛,右下腹部压痛明显,
From January 1985 to June 1986, we identified one case of intestinal infection caused by O:3 serotype Y bacteria in 343 adult patients with infectious diarrhea. The report is as follows: Male patient, 33 years old, Hospital number 291716. Due to abdominal pain and diarrhea for 11 days, he was admitted to hospital on November 11, 1985.
