聚丙烯酸甲酯经多胺胺解制得了含胺基的聚丙烯酰胺型载体。考察了这些载体的固定化酵母脂肪酶催化酯水解反应的效果,得到了胺解条件和载体结构对酵母脂肪酶固定化效果影响的一些规律。合成的载体具有很高的固定化酵母脂肪酶活力;比较了底物溶液pH值、离子强度和反应温度对酵母脂肪酶、自由酶和固定化酶催化酯水解反应活力的影响;研究了固定化酵母脂肪酶的操作稳定性。
Poly (methyl acrylate) polyamine amine solution obtained by the amino-containing polyacrylamide type carrier. The effect of immobilized yeast lipase on the ester hydrolysis reaction of these carriers was investigated, and some rules affecting the immobilization of yeast lipase by aminolysis conditions and carrier structure were obtained. The immobilized yeast lipase activity was high. The effects of substrate pH value, ionic strength and reaction temperature on the activity of lipase, free enzyme and immobilized enzyme in ester hydrolysis were compared.
