物联网(IoT)作为“信息化”时代的重要标志之一,如今已大规模渗透到生产、生活的各个领域。而我们今天要谈的工业物联网(IIoT)与其他领域的物联网有着本质上的不同——由于工业生产具有其独特的复杂性,因而工业物联网的本质就是利用物联网技术打造产品的全生命周期的管理平台。运用工业物联网技术,能够智能采集生产数据并上传至云端进行大数据分析,从而实现对生产进度、物料消耗、设备状况等的实时监控和管理。
Internet of Things (IoT), as one of the important symbols of the era of “informationization,” has now permeated a large area into all fields of production and life. The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) we are talking about today is fundamentally different from the Internet of Things in other fields. Due to the unique complexity of industrial production, the essence of Industrial Internet of Things is to use IoT technology to create the full product Life cycle management platform. Using industrial IoT technology, production data can be intelligently collected and uploaded to the cloud for big data analysis to enable real-time monitoring and management of production schedules, material consumption, equipment status, and the like.
