《福建省城乡供水条例》于2017年7月21日经福建省十二届人大常委会第三十次会议表决通过,将于10月1日施行。条例的颁布实施,对推进城乡供水统筹发展,满足城乡生活生产用水需求,保障居民饮用水质量和安全,具有重要意义。城乡供水安全关系国计民生,涉及千家万户,对保障经济社会发展和人民生活水平提高具有举足轻重的作用。随着经济社会的发展,人们对饮用水水质的要求也越来越高。2006
The “Urban and Rural Water Supply Regulations of Fujian Province” was passed on the thirtieth meeting of the 12th NPC Standing Committee of Fujian Province on July 21, 2017 and will be implemented on October 1. The promulgation and implementation of the Regulations is of great significance to promoting the overall development of water supply in urban and rural areas, meeting the demand for water for production in urban and rural areas and safeguarding the quality and safety of drinking water for residents. The safety of water supply in urban and rural areas is related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood and involves millions of households. It plays a decisive role in ensuring economic and social development and raising the living standards of the people. With the economic and social development, people’s drinking water quality requirements are also getting higher and higher. 2006
