该文系由北京石油规划设计总院组团，四川石油设计院参加的中国石油天然气总公司液化天然气技术考察小组于1995．8．10～1995．8．24在欧洲进行实地考察的技术报告。该文介绍了德国林德公司低温设备厂；斯图加特调峰型液化天然气厂；比利时泽布勒赫调峰型液化天然气厂。挪威斯塔万格2000×104m3／d天然气处理厂。该文对于调峰型液化天然气厂从工艺流程、主要设备选型、总图布置、储运部分以及码头LNG装卸设备都作了基本的介绍。（原考察报告中图和照片较多，本文对此作了删节）。
This article is a technical report by the Beijing Petroleum Planning and Design Institute delegation and the China Petroleum and Natural Gas Corporation LNG inspection team participated in the field trip in Europe from August 10 to August 5, 1995. This article introduces the German company Linde cryogenic equipment plant; Stuttgart peak-modulated LNG plant; Belgium Zebuluo peak-liquefied natural gas plant. Norway Stavanger 2000 × 104m3 / d natural gas processing plant. This paper gives a basic introduction to the peaking LNG plant from the aspects of process flow, main equipment selection, layout of general layout, storage and transportation part and terminal LNG handling equipment.
