1993～1995年我们应用硫酸镁治疗小儿重症支气管哮喘30例,取得较好疗效。 临床资料:治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组男21例,女9例,年龄～1岁12例,～4岁18例。对照组男17例,女13例,年龄～1岁14例,～4岁16例。两组年龄、性别无明显差异。两组病程中均有发热、喘憋、咳嗽、双肺哮吗音,白细胞总数≥12.5×10~9/L者治疗组占65％,对照组占56％,中性粒细胞≥0.82者各为86％和72％。两组患儿胸片检查均示双肺纹理增粗。
From 1993 to 1995, we applied magnesium sulfate to treat 30 cases of pediatric severe bronchial asthma and obtained good curative effect. Clinical data: The treatment group and the control group of 30 cases. Treatment group, 21 males and 9 females, aged ~ 1 year old in 12 cases, ~ 4 years old in 18 cases. Control group, 17 males and 13 females, aged ~ 1 year old in 14 cases, ~ 4 years old in 16 cases. Two groups of age, gender no significant difference. Both groups had fever, wheezing, cough, lung dystrophia, leukocyte count≥12.5 × 10 ~ 9 / L in 65% of the treated group, 56% of the control group, and neutrophil≥0.82 86% and 72%. Two sets of chest X-ray examination showed double lung texture thickening.
