以硝酸银为前驱体,聚合物P(AA-co-HEA)为还原剂和稳定剂,采用液相化学还原法,制备了一系列分散性良好、尺寸可控、粒度分布均匀的纳米银。考察了聚合物的中和度、反应温度、P(AA-co-HEA)的化学组成及含量对纳米银粒子尺寸的影响;用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)等对纳米银复合溶胶的形态和组成进行了分析表征。抗菌测试结果表明,复合溶胶对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都具有较高的抑菌活性。
A series of nano-silver with good dispersibility, controlled size and uniform particle size distribution were prepared by liquid phase chemical reduction method using silver nitrate as precursor, polymer P (AA-co-HEA) as reducing agent and stabilizer. The effects of polymer neutralization degree, reaction temperature, the chemical composition and content of P (AA-co-HEA) on the size of silver nanoparticles were investigated. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) Such as nanosilver composite sol morphology and composition were analyzed and characterized. Antibacterial test results show that the composite sol on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus have high antibacterial activity.
