高温矿井风流温度准确预测是很多学者关注的课题,难点是预测模型中的含湿量或水蒸气分压力与温度关系复杂。结合矿井风流温湿度特点,充分考虑风流温度、相对湿度共同对潜热交换量的影响,提出了分区间将含湿量项回归成温度、相对湿度的二元一次函数的简化方法;根据矿井风流能量方程理论,提出了利用焓值方程闭合差校验模型预测精度的方法;得出了精度较高、且可手动计算的预测通风时间1 a以内和1 a以上巷道末端风流温度计算模型。
Accurate temperature prediction of high temperature mine is a topic of concern to many scholars. The difficulty is that the moisture content in the prediction model or the partial pressure of water vapor have a complex relationship with the temperature. Combined with the characteristics of temperature and humidity of mine wind flow, a simplified method of regressing the moisture content back into the temperature and relative humidity of the bivariate linear function was put forward by considering the influence of the wind temperature and relative humidity on latent heat exchange. Equation theory, a method of predicting the accuracy of the closed difference calibration model using the enthalpy equation is proposed. The calculation model of the terminal airflow temperature within 1-year and over 1-year of the predicted ventilation time and the manual calculation can be obtained.
