目的:观察固本活血壮骨颗粒对糖尿病大鼠模型BMD及骨组织IL-1、TGF-β1表达的影响。方法:6月龄SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性药物对照组、固本活血壮骨颗粒大、中、小剂量组。除正常对照组外,其余各组均采用左下腹腔内注射新鲜配制1%链脲佐菌素STZ(柠檬酸缓冲液,p H值4.4)65 mg/kg体重造模。各组予相应药物及生理盐水灌胃12周。结果:固本活血壮骨颗粒可提高糖尿病模型BMD水平,促进成骨细胞增殖因子TGF-β1表达,抑制破骨细胞增殖因子IL-1表达。结论:固本活血壮骨颗粒可以通过调节成骨细胞增殖因子TGF-β1和破骨细胞增殖因子IL-1的表达,来促进骨形成,减少骨吸收,提高骨质量,从而达到防治糖尿病性骨质疏松症的效果。
Objective: To observe the effect of Gubenhuoxuezhuanggu granules on the expression of IL-1 and TGF-β1 in bone tissue of diabetic rats.
