1 电站基本情况陆浑水库位于伊河中游嵩县境内,1965年建成,控制流域面积3492km~2,总库容13.2亿 m~3,最高水位372.5m,兴利水位319.5m,死库容水位298m,是一座以防洪为主,结合灌溉、发电、旅游、供水、水产等综合利用的大型水利枢纽工程,坝后建有灌溉洞和输水洞2座电站,总装机14.5万 kW。其中,输水洞电站装机3×1250kW,1~#机组1977年投运,由于建设初期各方面条件限制,转轮设计与陆浑水库实际运行情况不符,导致机组达不到设计出力,影响电站效益。
1 Hydropower Station Located in Song County, the middle reaches of Yihe River, Luhun Reservoir was built in 1965 with a controlled drainage area of 3492km ~ 2 and a total storage capacity of 1.32 billion m ~ 3. The highest water level is 372.5m, the Xingli water level is 319.5m, the dead storage water level is 298m, It is a large-scale water control project that integrates irrigation, power generation, tourism, water supply and aquatic products with flood control as the mainstay. There are two power stations with irrigation holes and water supply holes behind the dam with a total installed capacity of 145,000 kW. Among them, the water hole power station installed 3 × 1250kW, 1 ~ # units put into operation in 1977, due to various conditions in the early stages of construction, runner design and Lu Hun reservoir actual operation does not match, resulting in less than the unit to design contribute to affecting the power plant benefit.
