设计了一套适用于富水破碎岩体的注浆加固模拟试验装置。选用PO42.5水泥、SAC42.5水泥和自主研发材料对富水破碎灰岩体进行了注浆加固试验。在分析加固结石体的单轴压缩试验结果的基础上,研究了注浆压力、注浆材料和破碎岩体间泥质充填物对注浆加固效果的影响和作用规律。采用极差分析法确定了影响注浆加固效果的主控因素及各因素间相互作用关系。验证了自主研发材料用于富水破碎岩体注浆加固治理的效果显著优于传统水泥材料。将上述试验结论成功用于指导工程实践,取得了良好的注浆治理效果。
A set of simulation test equipment for grouting reinforcement of water-rich fractured rock mass is designed. The PO42.5 cement, SAC42.5 cement and self-developed materials were selected to test the grouting reinforcement of water-rich crushed limestone. Based on the analysis of the uniaxial compression test results of reinforced stone body, the effects of grouting pressure, grouting material and muddy filling between broken rock mass on grouting reinforcement effect and the law of action are studied. The range analysis method was used to determine the main factors affecting the grouting reinforcement effect and the interaction between various factors. It is verified that the self-developed material is more effective than the traditional cement material in the grouting reinforcement treatment of the water-rich fractured rock mass. The above conclusion of the experiment was successfully used to guide the engineering practice and achieved a good grouting governance effect.
