“冒菌”在栽培学上称菌丝徒长,指的是在覆细土后,气生型的蘑菇菌丝竖直上长、布满土表的现象。冒菌严重的还会在土表形成一簇簇短而浓密的菌丝,板结成菌块。1991年11月份,连江县青塘村曾大面积发生“冒菌”,影响了正常出菇。“冒菌”主要是因管理不当造成的。当菌丝生长时,在气温高,培养料腐熟过度又较湿,菇房通风少,空气湿度大,细土偏湿,粗土又偏干的情况下极易发生。冒菌的防治:首先,要计算好粪草比例,一般在堆制发酵前碳氮的比例为30:1,氮的含量不可太高,以防菌丝生长过旺。
