我国民航业一直都是国家垄断的行业,民间资本历来是站在航空业的大门外翘首以待。然而,令人欣喜的是,坚冰正在渐渐消融。在国际国内都特别看好中国航空运输市场发展、机遇与挑战并存的特殊背景下,我国航空业特别是支线航空出现了一些新的经营机制与经营模式,民间资本正在介入支线机场的经营,一部分支线机场开始走出亏损的噩梦并为实现赢利而做了有益的尝试。
