[目的]了解动物间鼠疫相关信息,及早发现鼠疫疫情。[方法]对2000~2009年吕梁市所属临县、兴县鼠疫监测资料进行分析。[结果]2000~2009年,野外累计布鼠夹20 800夹次,捕鼠1 491只,平均鼠密度为7.17%;捕获的野鼠中,子午沙鼠占59.02%,长尾仓鼠占30.99%,大仓鼠占8.12%,其他鼠类占1.88%。室内布鼠夹7 490夹次,捕鼠1 344只,平均密度为17.94%;捕获的家鼠中,小家鼠占90.92%,褐家鼠占7.81%,大仓鼠占1.19%,子午沙鼠占0.07%。合计调查活体子午沙鼠2 351只,鼠体染蚤率为38.66%,平均蚤指数为4.62。合计探鼠洞1 850个,发现染蚤洞干53个,洞干染蚤率为2.86%,蚤指数为0.92。合计挖鼠巢141个,鼠巢染蚤率为37.59%,蚤指数为1.91。2000~2009年合计检测各种鼠血清11 483份,间接血凝试验F1抗体均为阴性。[结论]鼠密度呈现下降趋势,鼠血清间接血凝试验F1抗体均为阴性。
[Objective] To understand the related information of plague in animals and find plague outbreak earlier. [Method] The surveillance data of the plague in Linxian County and Xingxian County, Lvliang City from 2000 to 2009 were analyzed. [Result] From 2000 to 2009, a total of 20 800 clips were distributed in the field and 1 491 mice were caught, with an average rat density of 7.17%. Among the captured wild mice, 59.02% were Meriones unguiculatus, 30.99% 8.12% of hamsters, other rats accounted for 1.88%. There were 7 490 intercourse cloths and 1 344 trapping mice, with an average density of 17.94%. Among the captured domestic mice, 90.92% of them were Mus musculus, 7.81% of them were Rattus norvegicus, 1.19% of hamsters, Accounting for 0.07%. A total of 2 351 live meronatus gerbils were investigated. The rate of flea flea infection was 38.66% and the average flea index was 4.62. A total of 1 850 cavities were explored, 53 of which were found to be infected with fleas, 2.86% of which were infected by fleas and flea index of 0.92. A total of 141 dwelling nests were found. The flea infection rate was 37.59% and the flea index was 1.91. A total of 11 483 serum samples from 2000 to 2009 were obtained. The F1 antibody was negative in indirect hemagglutination test. [Conclusion] The density of rats showed a downward trend, F1 antibody was negative in indirect serum hemagglutination test.
